Leopard geckos are popular pet reptiles largely due to the variety of colours and patterns they come in. These colour and pattern variations are collectively known as morphs. At Tim’s Reptiles, we’re delighted to offer some of the finest leopard gecko morphs in South Africa.
Whether you’re new to reptiles or an experienced keeper looking to expand your collection, let’s explore some popular morphs and what makes each one unique.
Albino Leopard Geckos
Albino morphs lack black pigmentation, resulting in lighter colours like yellow, pink, and orange. There are three primary albino strains—Tremper, Bell, and Rainwater—each with unique characteristics. If you’re interested in an albino morph, have a look at our albino options.
Mack Snow and Super Snow
Mack Snow geckos stand out for their black-and-white colouration. When two Mack Snows are bred together, they will produce a Super Snow, with distinctive black eyes and speckled markings. These unique features make them a favourite among collectors and breeders.
Tangerine
Tangerine morphs are sought after for their bright, bold orange colouration. Tangerine Leopard geckos are commonly available as super hypos, which is a line bred trait that results in a bright orange gecko with little to no spots. Check out our Super Hypo Tangerine Leopard Gecko
At Tim’s Reptiles, we’re happy to answer any questions, whether you’re a first-time reptile keeper or a seasoned collector.
